The shoe is 90 degrees at 0 point. Calculated by decreasing or increasing by 10 degrees each time you move right or left.

Our product has been completely scientifically researched and all the deficiencies seen in other ponsetti devices have been eliminated. Considering human biomechanics, the product has been created according to these features. Pes equinovarus is the only device in the world that protects the foot, on which the plastering technique is applied, in the same way after the plaster application is finished.

The shoe design is made of 100% leather and resistant material that fulfills the definition of orthosis. Shoes should not take shape according to the child’s foot in any way and should provide a corrective effect. The definition of orthosis includes materials made to support and correct.

Pes equinovarus is one of the most common congenital orthopedic diseases that require treatment for congenital clubfoot. It is a complicated problem in which plantar flexion, supination and varus of the foot are seen together. In today’s treatment methods; Ponsetti method, physiotherapy and device treatments are used. Appropriate device selection has an important place in the course of treatment. While the treatment methods are being followed, the risk of recurrence can be seen in up to 10% of the treatment cases. Relapse is most common between 0-4 years of age. In scientific studies, it is stated that non-compliance in using the device increases the risk of recurrence 9 times. The device can be used up to 23 hours a day according to your doctor’s recommendation, but it is recommended to be used up to 5 years of age. Considering all these, it is seen that the use of devices in treatment is very important. Our Pes equinovarus device, unlike all its other counterparts, is ergonomic, light; it provides support to correct all deformities in the foot and ankle.
